Why The Self Saboteur Constantly Works At Staying Sick

Sometimes you meet people and they’re sick. You know why they’re sick but they don’t. When talking to these people (as a health coach), very early in the conversation they’ll often mention that they absolutely need what’s killing them…and that quitting what’s killing them isn’t an option, what so ever. They absolutely need the toxic medical drugs they take, which have 30 side effects. Their doctor “has them on this” and “has them on that”, a story of outsourcing their personal responsibility to others who have no track record of healthy outcomes. They talk like they’re not even involved in sticking the poison in their own mouth. Each side effect is a description of how the poison, poisons them…….but they need it and can’t possibly live without it. The self saboteur, who is afraid to change and mature into adulthood, knows that the toxic drugs keep them sick and that’s why they NEED them, because failure always means they stay exactly where they are, a place that they know, a place that’s familiar, their old wheel house, the place where they can get the most attention and energy from others. A person in fear loves the crisis that keeps everything the same. The self saboteur is addicted to stagnation and child like living principles, where they take orders, instead of taking control of their own life. A saboteur likes taking on the role of “injured and helpless infant” because it brings adults to their side, just like what always happened when they were a kid. The easiest way to get attention as a child…is to fall down, cry and grab your knee in pain. A saboteur has never grown out of this mode of harvesting energy from the people and world around them. A saboteur seeks failure based systems, so they’re always the kid on the ground crying in pain. I need my wine, is another. I need my coffee, yet another. I joined the discount fitness club that serves pizza and bagels every Monday and Tuesday. It’s always about “I need and seek what’s making me sick, because being constantly sick and broken is how I get my attention, love and energy from the world.”

You’re not really a coffee drinker as well unless you talk like 1-2 coffees per day equates to no coffee consumption at all. Try it. Ask a coffee drinker how much coffee they drink and you’ll often hear “just one cup in the morning, 2 cups max”, which is true, but it’s said to you in a way where you’re supposed to believe that 400-800 cups of poison every calendar year doesn’t really affect them. Coffee drinkers are magic, the poison they drink every day doesn’t really poison them and make them sick. But again, the perpetual saboteur will seek poisons and toxins purposely so they can always tell you about how sick they are and why they need to bend your ear and suck you dry of your energy. These are just some of the battle cries of the self saboteur, as they stay firmly stuck in their stuckness, refusing to change but still telling others that they’re doing “everything they can” to get better. It’s all BULLSHIT because the saboteur is simply afraid to leave the proverbial parental tit and transition into a true adult. A true adult is a giver of energy, while a true child is a taker of energy. The saboteur wants to constantly skirt the natural design of life on this planet and stay a child “taker of energy”, long into their adult years. Our world governments also lubricate this cycle, rewarding any adult who wants to continually act like an infant, long into adulthood.
