I remember a lady last week telling me she had degenerative discs and that her hips were also disintegrating. I know that the #1 cause of bone decay like this is coffee consumption and it doesn’t even matter if you drink lots of water either, as coffee takes water out of the system and literally blocks water from re-entering the system. Your body is 70% water and coffee destroys that, which means coffee destroys you.
This lady had a string of medical appointments, months in advance. The doctors paid attention to her, listened to her and even touched her. Her husband had died 5 years earlier. Her friends were now over at her house nightly, making sure she was OK. Charities all running to her side, making sure she never had to lift a finger. The coffee, which is causing her rapid bone decay (she drinks 2 cups per day, 800 cups per year of that documented poison) also sedates her nervous system, acting like a tranquilizer to her pain and leaving her in a pleasant mental fog, so she never has to really come into contact with her full reality. She’s 56…..
So what sort of obstacles are in place, which makes it hard for this lady to get healthy? How did our coaching session go? I had to tell her that the substance that makes her high every day (coffee) is causing her bones to dissolve into her blood stream and that if she stops getting high everyday, her bone issues will clear up, which means no one will pay attention to her anymore or give her free anything ever again. The reason why so many people are sick in our society is because there are no rewards for being healthy and no one cares about you until you fall face first on the side walk. If you act like an adult, no one comes to your side. If you act like a child, everyone rushes to your aid. That’s called inversion and that inversion is currently destroying our entire society. No one wants to be healthy because it’s the loneliest place on earth. Be healthy anyway because who wants to act like an infant for life and die earlier, just so people will pay attention to you? I for one will take the lonely and healthy path…… yet in the end, we healthy lonely people find other healthy lonely people and build great lives together. One life. One time at bat. Swing for the fences. Be healthy. Be moral. Lead by example.

Is there anything else’s that cod cause bone decay beside coffee I was thinking about pop?
