Top 10 Truths To Focus On In 2012

Think of truth as your internal GPS system. Truth gets you where you want to go in life. Fibs on the other hand will always bring pain into your life. Truth brings pleasure into your life and fibs bring pain. Truth represents universal principles that apply equally to all things, in all places and at all times. A hot stove element will burn your hand. That’s the truth. Vaccines make you and your family healthy? Is that the truth?

The easiest way to bring pain, obesity and disease into your life is for you to think fibs are truth and then to integrate those fibs into your daily life. If you’re in pain right now (on any level) and want more pleasure to enter your life in 2012, you’ll have to bring more truth into your field. Easier said than done when we aren’t getting taught the truth about many things, from an early age on through adulthood. Lets review the top 10 truths that you can focus on in 2012.

1. Supporting the troops doesn’t mean sending them to war, placing them in harms’ way or sending them to die – don’t let anyone tell you that sending our citizens off to die is how you support them or that a “support our troops” bumper sticker means you’re on top of the issue. Bringing our citizens home and making them safe is what it really means to support them. Real leaders in ancient times were the same people who led the charge (literally) into war. Today we see our leaders sitting back and sending our best off to die for reasons that only benefit a choice few.

2. Medicatiions and surgeries will only make you more ill – all medications and surgeries list how they’ll make you more ill so don’t ignore what they’re telling you right to your face.

3. A higher educaton doesn’t make you a happier or more capable human being – many today are over educated with degrees and certifications that don’t provide any positive results for their fellow citizens. Don’t pursue education “at all costs” because it just doesn’t pay to do so. Remember your dreams as a child and work from that energy.

4. Voting for which political party is going to tell you what to do for the next 4 years is something we’ll need to get away from if we want to regain our true independence and power – start demanding the option to rule yourself and you can do that just by talking to yourself in the mirror everyday – learn to take action based on your goals, dreams and desires and avoid cheer-leading for a savior who’s never going to come

5. Disease charities (more times than not) are backed by entities that manifest disease and block cures – disease fund raising today represents an invisible taxation on the people where their own money is used to keep them sick, in debt and dysfunctional. Do yourself a favor and simply take care of your own health and spread the word that everyone else needs to do the same. Live by the famous quote, “the best way to help the poor is not to become one of them

6. Avoid giving to everyone else first because you think you don’t deserve the same loving treatment – find me a chronic “do gooder” or “fund raiser” and you’ll often find someone who reflects “a dead person walking” because they’ve been programmed to do for others before they do for themselves. This is representative of common religious based programming, often called “The Good Samaritan Syndrome“.  Stop placing yourself last because you think that nice people get into heaven faster. If you are religious, stop abusing the body the creator gave you and show some respect for the life provided to you. Religious or non-religious……….somehow change your programming to get yourself to the top of your own priority list.

7.  The mainstream media sells dangerous ideas and unhealthy products as news – take a media break and study your role in passing on false information to the people around you –

8. There are many problems today and it’s because certain key institutions, which are sold to us as “good”, aren’t discussing the primary mechanisms involved in how they sell their services to so many followers – look deeper into religion and medicine – find the common ground between the two institutions and do your home work –

9. Suffering doesn’t make you a better person – key teachings inside our society (such as “the hero’s journey” or even a monk taking a vow of celibacy) continually tell people that intense suffering is needed for the betterment of one’s life – this ancient philosophy acts as the foundation to most unhealthy medical procedures and if you trace the idea of suffering/betterment back throughout the ages, you’ll find hundreds of religions that teach their followers the same regarding their natural sexual function, their natural tendency to live a happy life, the pursuit of personal/growth expansion and the financial gain that can come from that etc – your body is not generically flawed – you were not born a bad person (a sinner) and into a flawed body – you don’t need saving – you deserve everything life has to offer (including vain pursuits) and you aren’t going to be punished for being human –

10. Real healing comes from getting back to natural food, natural rhythms (like natural sleep habits) and natural processes (like getting out in the sun and dancing around signing etc)
