Top 10 “Food Based” Fat and Cellulite Burning Tips

Here are the top 10 “food based” fat and cellulite burning tips.

1. Eat organic – organic food contains less chemical “man made” compounds than non-organic foods and it’s those chemical compounds that trigger the production of fat/cellulite producing hormones. Eating organic means you hold less fat and cellulite plus you hold less water.

2. Avoid unfiltered tap water and other sources of tap water (like coffees, canned drinks, soups and juices etc) – clean natural spring water helps clear the body of toxins and the less toxins in the body, the less production of fat storing hormones.

3. Eat lots of organic vegetables at every meal – when it comes to a food group that burns fat, vegetables take the gold medal.

4. Avoid fruit juices, milks, coffees/teas with sugar, pop, iced teas, alcohols etc – liquid sugars cause the greatest production of fat gaining hormones in the body……in the least amount of time. All the above listed items are popular forms of liquid sugar options. Once fat storing hormones are produced in the body, they can last up to 6 weeks before they disappear from the metabolism.

5. Avoid fruit – never teach your children the phrase “fruits and vegetables” – the differences between how fruits and vegetables affect the body are massive – most fruits will initiate the production of fat gaining hormones while most vegetables will initiate the production of fat burning hormones – fruits as snacks on an empty stomach or fruit juices on an empty stomach will cause fat gaining hormones in most people – if you want to eat fruit, eat it at the end of a meal that contained small amounts of organic meats and lots of organic vegetables.

6. When eating your meal, eat your organic meat portions first, your vegetables second and your organic gluten free grains last. Don’t consume liguids while you eat. Just eat slower and don’t drink any liguids during or 1 hour after your meals for best digestion.

7. Avoid gluten – the only non gluten grains are rice, buckwheat, millet and corn – eat organic versions of those grain choices.

8. Drink 500 ml of filtered spring water etc 30 mins before every meal – this aids with the body’s ability to produce stomach acid of the proper ph.

9. Get used to eliminating most traditional breakfast foods – most traditional breakfast foods are fat storing powerhouses….bagels, yogurts, cereal with milk, juices, fruit, toast, pastries, muffins, pancakes, waffles, smoothies etc produce fat gaining hormones in the body – get used to eating meals that look more like “dinner” at all meals of the day.

Great tips and I do follow these everyday.

One question about tip #5- Avoid Fruits.

What about fruits in a protein shake, either first thing in the morning or after a workout? What about a snack like an apple with nut butter?

Thanks and keep the great content coming.

Greg – fruits in a protein shake after a workout will help spike your insulin and aid in more efficient uptake of protein/nutrients into depleted muscle cells etc. I would also add some flax oil in your shake to aid with greater protein absorption. You can have an apple with nut butter. That is the name of the game. Keep protein, fats and carbs in the stomach at the same time. Never place just carbs in the stomach alone. It can start a cascade of fat storing hormones. You are doing well.
