Although this looks like three different BRANDS, to a self sabotage coach they’re actually all the same brand. These three symbols represent an overarching all inclusive brand of self abuse, self destruction and self attack. We pick up our primary behavior based brands in childhood from our parents and primary caregivers. Childhoods where the parents lacked self love, self care and self maintenance will produce children who are branded with the same behavior patterns. A restaurant stop like this on the highway is where dreams go to die and that will feel like home if that’s the same brand we were raised in.
