If you want to get healthy Paul Chek is where it all starts. Want to teach yourself how to stay healthy, toned and disease free for life? Ask Santa this year for Paul’s “How To Eat, Move and Be Healthy” book and DVD set. Paul is 52 and he looks pretty healthy because he walks the walk. No drugs, no surgeries, no vaccines and no processed foods. You get healthy like Paul by avoiding main stream medicine. That is what someone looks like when they never go to the hospital.

His body says it all, as our body is our ideas in motion. Our bodies speak for us but today we have many who say they’re healthy yet their bodies scream the exact opposite. What is your body saying about your ideas? Think about the people (the “health professionals”) most North Americans run to when they’re sick and when they want to get healthy? Do they look like Paul?
Don’t try to learn health from anyone unless they’re healthy! That’s rule #1. You can’t give what you don’t have. If you miss that rule you’ll quickly end up on toxic meds and in the operating room. Avoid anyone who tries to tell you that you, your kids or your family should get the same surgery or get on the same meds they take. Avoid the “misery loves company” sales pitch from the people in your immediate environment. Let them pursue suffering as their subconscious program. You’re smarter than that.
Today the majority of the population are conditioned to believe that 1) they can’t control their own health 2) that being healthy is a chance happening because their genetics are flawed right off the factory floor and 3) that hurting the body and increasing its’ suffering is the answer when the body breaks down from decades of abuse and a lack of love.
When people like Paul and myself tell groups of people that they can control their health, that the body is not genetically flawed and that no suffering need be involved with getting healthy……………most just can’t understand.
When you ask an unhealthy person to eat a carrot or another vegetable you really need to be careful because to their subconscious mind…………it’s not a carrot! Vegetables are signs of respect, love, control, the vegetable recognizes body intelligence and vegetables also decrease suffering. These are just trends and habits that are often unfamiliar to unhealthy people. Those are not the products they’re used to buying. They’re used to increases in suffering, a lack of control, abuse, the body portrayed as the village idiot and body disrespect. It has nothing to do with being healthy (because anyone can be healthy in as little as 30 days)…………it has to do with what being healthy means as a habit. Anyone can pick up a carrot but people who don’t love themselves often can’t pick up the carrot and place it in their mouth on a regular basis………because eating the carrot equates to a love of self and love does not flow well around people who don’t really enjoy being who they are. It takes a skilled practitioner to explain these concepts properly.
