It doesn’t matter if it’s voting and running out to see the doctor…… or praying and applying for a new job, the big programmed focus in our society is that someone or something else is going to help you and save you. Imprinted into our psyches, at a very young age, is the idea that something external to us knows more, can do more and can always guide us to the promised land………because WE CAN’T. The flip side of that is a constant lack of trust in ourselves and the power that lies inside all of us, just under our own skin. People who profit off this learned helplessness and various other forms of dis-empowered collectivism in our society….despise such ideas, where the people become independent of the herd, the cult or the group. Inside a collectivist society, the empowered and independent individual is the enemy. This foundational control structure benefits our handlers and never us.

Such programming, when taken to the extreme can even manifest as self loathing, self sadism and the fine art of always looking outwards, as opposed to looking inwards. This can lead people to go to the doctor, instead of changing their diet or it can lead people to apply for a job, when they were always capable of opening their own business. By always focusing outwards for our help and direction, we’re literally screaming “please, someone else tell me what to do!” This can go on so long that a person forgets how to tell themselves what to do and that’s when a person can become a slave to a system, which is literally designed to suck the energy out of each person and leave them with no ability to develop their true own selfhood (separate from the collective) or their own personal sovereignty.

The solution is to indeed acknowledge that others can guide us yet also knowing that there comes a time where we need to have confidence in our own abilities and the mysterious powers that lay untapped inside of ourselves. Start recognizing your own patterns, where you may have an internal program of learned helplessness, which manifests in an addiction to always outsourcing your life to third parties. Stop asking a doctor for medical poison if you’re sick, just change your diet. Stop asking your boss for more of this and more of that, just start dreaming of opening your own business. Stop hoping that a corrupt government is going to finally stop being corrupt because the person in charge wears a blue shirt instead of a red one, just start running your own 1 foot by 1 foot country (called yourself) in a moral and ethical manner. Stop gazing outwards for solutions, unless you’re ready to look in the mirror first and direct your gaze inward. Everything you’re looking for is already inside of you. Look in the wrong direction and you’ll never find it…..wasting your energy, purpose and money along the way. It’s time to get off the tit of the collective organizations in our society that suck our energy and mature into the powerful human beings we were always meant to be. Embrace your rite of passage from child into fully empowered adult by taking full responsibility for your life RIGHT NOW. If not you, who? If not now, when? Power to the people.
