Thus far I have explained what “body disrespect” is and what “repeating” is. Today we tackle the “science of other“. These 3 concepts need to be understood in order to eliminate what’s commonly described as self sabotage during a fitness program or diet. If a person starts a diet or exercise routine but they just can’t commit to loving themselves 100%…….these concepts are definitely in play.
In the last post (#3 in this series) I reviewed why many people simply repeat what ever they’re told without question. Our repetition based education system is clearly between the cross hairs here. We have adults today who repeat the ideas that toxic medications are needed to be healthy, that toxic vaccines are good for immunity, that cutting their organs out will make them healthier, that geting a gastric bypass is easier than eating healthy, that mercury is safe in vaccines, that mercury is safe in their mouths…….etc etc.
An education system, which grants intelligence status to students who repeat everything they’re told, has one fatal flaw………………the same students start to avoid judging the results of their repeating……..because that skill was never addressed within the educational grading system. That means these students turn into adults who can’t pull out of their health nose dives. They are taught to repeat and not to react.

THE SCIENCE OF OTHER
Now we move onto a quick explanation of the “science of other“. Basically the science of other is what happens inside a system that decides most everything for us…..as opposed to us deciding for ourselves. Our conventional education system kick starts this by deciding what we’re going to learn and with that we start the long road to often becoming dependent on “other“. The final product is a population who are helpless to take action independently and are unfamiliar with any notion that’s not cast by a familiar authority figure. It just means people become general none believers in themselves, needing direction in every aspect of their lives. A form of self loathing and a disbelief in their own abilities.
When dependence on “other” goes on for a long time…..a person can forget what it’s like to think and act independently of an authority figure. Lets give an example.
A gastric bypass not only signifies disrespect to the body (because it harms it) but also dependence on “other“. The surgery is a process sold to control eating. This can only be a desirable product for a person who forgets how to control their own eating……but why can’t this person control their own eating? Controlling what a person eats is one of the most basic functions a human can govern yet chronic exposure to a system that constantly “decides” everything for us can remove a person’s ability to act independently. When a person can’t decide for themselves (because they basically forget how) they can become super dependent on authority figures for most decisions in their lives. (their income, what they eat, what they do with their leisure time, what they do for their health etc)
A person who decides to subject themselves to a gastric bypass would be admitting that they can’t control themselves on the most basic level, that they rely on “others” for control of their daily functions and that they’re more willing to disrespect the body (cut the body) than to love the body (taking the time to eat real foods). It’s unfortunate this has to come out after so many great people have been subjected to this type of body mutilation already.
So in this case we see body disrespect, (pursuing options of hurting the body as opposed to loving it) repeating (the person repeating to themselves and others that cutting the body is a healthy option to pursue) and we also see “the science of other”. (a general lack of personal control that ends with taking direction from others……no matter if the direction makes any sense or not)
More examples of how people rely on others, to their own demise are coming in the next post. After that we start to give examples of self love so you can start choosing the life you want on a second by second basis.
