As was mentioned in the post below I’m providing a free step by step guide on how to become healthy, toned and disease free in only months. The first post below this one reviewed the most valuable concept regarding health and weight loss………the concept of body disrespect vs. body love.
If a person isn’t aware of this concept they’ll have a really hard time understanding why they continually are attracted to services and products that hurt them……..even though the healthy products they say they want are available………and have been available since the day they were born. This concept of loving self is so important that it’s best to give some examples first.
Lets take a person wanting to lose weight. They could be faced with a choice between eating healthy food or performing a violent invasive surgery, a gastric bypass. A person who has learned body disrespect and a lack of control will choose gastric bypass. The option of loving the body would have been removed early in that person’s life with the help from certain key cultural institutions. I will talk about those institutions soon. Of course cutting the body and manipulating body parts will make someone less healthy but what most people don’t understand is that these decesions are never about health in the first place……………it’s about finding more ways to hurt yourself.
Lets take type II diabetes. A disease that can be cured outright in as little as 7 days. Type I is also curable in about 50% of cases, as can been seen by clicking here. So the options for a diabetic are between loving the body more or submitting to toxic medications and a lifetime of suffering. A person who isn’t taught to love themselves often turns to the options involving body disrespect because for some reason (and I will discuss that reason soon) products that bring misery and suffering are just more attractive. Again, it’s obvious that drugs do list the massive side effects of ill health that they’ll cause and that’s what’s attractive to a person who disrespects their body. The side effects are exactly what they’re looking for………..it seals the deal………. punishing the body is always the primary focus. They don’t know how to see their abusive cycle (even though it happens right in front of them) because they were programmed so early in life.
A person who lacks body love may get cancer. Their choices are to increase the love of their body or disrespect it more. In order to get cancer, the disrespect would have had to occur for several decades consecutively………..so what do you think this person chooses when their body finally breaks down from decades of abuse? People who participate in body disrepect really enjoy going to the hospital and getting tested, on a regular basis, just to see if they’ve won the game of destroying themselves yet. Getting diagnosed as “offically ill” is a big step for them to get into the major leagues of body abuse. The major leagues of abuse involves devices the average citizen doesn’t even have access to like THE most toxic drugs (chemo etc), dangerous surgeries and even radiation guns patients can fire at themselves . It’s Disney Land for people who hate and disrespect themselves. People who disrespect their body can’t see that they only continue that disrespect to the highest degree by entering the cut, burn and drug medical system.
A person who lacks body love will often exercise but they pick abusive forms of exercise like marathons or other exercise otpions that tax the body well beyond it’s capacity to recover. Men often do steroids and women starve themselves around this abusive cycle. It’s all about suffering, disrespect and a flogging of the body……………….because the body is portrayed in our society as either a “sin production” machine or an “organism with faulty genetics”. Both are clever marketing techniques, which keep people runnning back to the institutions that hurt them.
A person who lacks body love and self respect will work (they are not lazy in most cases) but their work will be either too long in duration or physically abusive in other ways. Down time and body love/recovery is always absent in their habits. They are often helpful to others as well but drain themselves doing it. Always placing themselves last in order to keep the body abuse and suffering rolling down the track.
A person who lacks body love will play sports but are more prone for the sport to be a violent type. (ultimate fighting, football, rugby etc something where they are smashing others or getting smashed). There are obvious exceptions yet a person’s behavior has to be grouped into body love and body disrespect categories in order to weigh the dominant behaviors in someone’s life.
A person who lacks body love will think but they’re more prone to have thoughts that they’re not doing enough with themselves, not doing enough good in the world, that they’re wasting their life, that they’re not measuring up to expectations and they constantly compare themselves to others in a effort to prove to themselves that others are better. It’s about cranking up the suffering and making sure self love is smashed into a million pieces………if it ever dares stick it’s head out one day.
Both physical actions and mental imagery revolve around disrespecting self and body abuse. Since getting healthy is about loving yourself and rejecting options that abuse the body……….this concept needs to be learned first before any diet or exercise program is under taken.
More on this subject in part 3. If you learn to accept that you’re wonderful, sexy, fun and intelligent………that will be the only time you will stick to a healthy lifestyle. You need to accept that you deserve the best in life and that your body is worth the effort. You need to place more love into yourself, in every way possible. Place more love into the system.
