Step by Step – How To Be Healthy, Toned and Disease (7)

Lets review what a day of body love looks like………and what it doesn’t look like. You do need to know what dark is before you know what light is and you do need to know what love is before you can know what hate is. The same applies to body love and body disrespect.

Body love involves placing the body first and all other actions into the second priority position. You need to place all others into the second priority position because you can only care for others when you’re full of health and vitality. If you really care for others you need to lead by example and have enough energy to care for them properly. Your children won’t be better off if you give so much that you end up sick and in the hospital.

To people who practice body abuse the day starts with waking unnaturally….like with an alarm clock. (yes sometimes this cannot be avoided but the point being reviewed here is what the body doesn’t like and what hurts the body……plus if we can teach our kids about loving the body, as a habit, they can mould their lives accordingly to avoid lifestyle choices that hurt the body). I knew from a very young age that I had to work for myself in order to have more control over my health.

Waking naturally is what the body loves. Body love involves whole organic foods at all meals. The body also likes to eat according to it’s metabolic type. Metabolic typing is a branch of dietary science that narrows down which foods a person is more apt to tolerate,….based on their genetic heritage.

For a person who practices body abuse, the day would start with processed foods, meal skipping or the notorious coffee (or coffee and processed toxic grain product…donut, bagel, toast, cereal, granola bar etc) . What you call disease is how the body naturally decays when its’ not fed real food. Disease is not your signal to run to the hospital in order to abuse the body to a higher standard. Disease means to back away from the abuse and start loving yourself.

Body love will involve taking the time to have a regular bowel movement. Inside the body love model, the body is treated like a fine automobile.  A person who loves the body brushes their teeth with non-toxic (non-fluoride) toothpaste and also flosses after every meal.  It’s also wise to use a Soni-Care tooth brush to preserve as much gum tissue as possible. The skin would also be loved with organic body lotions and the water to bath would have been cleaned with a whole house filtration system or at least a shower head filter. The toilet paper used would also be chlorine free in order to avoid decay of the tissue in and around the outer part of the rectum.

If a person is not familiar with body love, all these suggestions will sound like something very foreign because that’s the whole mind set I’m discussing here. People who live the body abuse model do indeed make money but they often only spend their income on products that hurt their health.

They sometimes have participated in “abuse investment” for so long that they just can’t come to terms with spending money on loving themselves. Hurting oneself with their hard earned money translates into the body breaking down earlier than it should. This means a person who invests in body abuse works less and less as they age. This means a person (or their family) becomes more financially poor as time goes by, which is the opposite of what happens to a person who invests in body love.

Life is supposed to get easier as we age but that never materializes for a person or a family who always pursues body abuse. I have seen the body abuse lifestyle advance to where the parents and their children are just on permanent rotation in an out of the hospital. The answer is obvious……..try helping the body instead of hurting it and stop relying on health professionals who offer no “love of body” in their treatments.

The listed side effects of medications are your physical proof of how they’re going to hurt the body but for people who love abusing themselves it’s almost a game of the more side effects the better………yet they rarely understand where the motivation to hurt themselves comes from.

For people who live the body abuse model it would be no problem to spend $15,000 on a new kitchen or purchase a $55 bottle of wine to accompany a $100 processed food/non-organic meal………….but their programming forbids them from ever considering a $6000 water filtration system or $55 for an entire week of glass bottled spring water for the entire family.

People who live the body disrespect model often drown their kids in the best intentions but those intentions often include very little in the way of securing clean water or clean food for the kids. There will often be plenty of toys, video games and exhausting schedules of extra curricular activities yet body love is measured in how the body is maintained with organic food, clean water and regular relaxation schedules. The best thing a parent can do is show their kids how to respect the body. Just lead by example. The child’s brain will do the rest.

A child who never rests, eats processed/non-organic food and runs from hockey game to hockey game will have their health depleted very quickly. Always the same message…………the body rarely or ever is respected and the children just live that idea more fully as they age. When you teach body love the children can more aggressively fight any idea that hurts their body like drinking, smoking etc.

In the next post I will continue what a day of body love looks like. Practice having a simple goal to start your day like eating an organic meal or even having a healthy bowel movement.  After that say to yourself, “well, I already accomplished the most important goal of the day……….everything else is now a glorious bonus and a true gift.”

Click here or watch the same video below to view a classic battle of body love vs. body abuse. Watch how confused the conventional health professionals in the video become when their patients turn away from body abuse and move toward caring for the body.

I get the same look all the time when I love my body openly. When I take pride in my body at the beach or bring my own food during a long trip with friends. They all look at you like,”hey, body abuse is not good enough for this fancy pants!”. Sort of funny but true.  Always trying to recruit you to go on their team of body abusers.

The great majority of options, which a conventional medical professional has learned, have to do with increasing body abuse. Many more people are now turning toward the body love model and away from the body abuse cycle……and this is not welcome news for someone who spent  their entire education learning nothing but options to hurt the body.

The patients in the video also start believing in the inherent intelligence found without their cellular DNA. To the medical doctors who sell an idea that the body is the “bumbling village idiot” who needs constant care (from them), this sounds as foreign as believing eating real food can help the body heal itself without third party abusive interference.
