Met a guy 5 years ago who smoked and he said, “I haven’t quit smoking yet because I’ve been smoking for 20 years and everything is fine“. Then he got cancer this year and smokes outside the hospital and he now states, “I’m going to die anyway so why quit?”
Smoking is a sedative addiction to killing one’s pain. Nicotine is a pain killer and the only people who become addicted to pain killers are people in pain. This is why some people can do addictive narcotics and not become instantly addicted. The person in pain will fall in love with the pain killing properties of drugs. alcohol, sugar etc etc.Things that numb our senses become addictive for people in pain. This is also easy to see if a smoker quits smoking, as they often pick up another pain killer (like junk food or alcohol) to fill in for the sedation the nicotine used to provide. Sugar is a proven pain killer as well, classified as a class 1 narcotic, equal to cocaine. This is why some smokers talk of weight gain after quitting smoking. The weight gain occurs because they start subbing in another addiction, another form of sedation…….often sugar, junk food or booze. Quitting smoking and taking up sugar or drinking (alcohol is the fastest acting sugar in the planet) means sedation from pain was always the addiction, not the smoking. If you quit smoking and start eating sugar or drinking booze more often, you didn’t quit anything. The addiction was never to the nicotine, The addiction was always to killing one’s pain and there are many things other than cigarettes that can do that. Moving from one pain killer to another, means nothing was quit. Changing pain killers means that our original pain was never addressed. In order to quit pain killing addiction, one must be brave enough to deal with their pain without sedation.
Most self destructive behaviors using addiction are attempts to numb oneself to their pain. Most people blame themselves for their pain, thinking there’s something wrong with them personally, when our society is designed by our social engineers to be painful. Our social engineers have also woven the addictions into our societal fabric, so we keep living our painful lives, without doing anything about it. Our human farmers place us in pain and then flood the slave camp with their pain killing addictions……….and advertise this entire con job as occurring from free will and a free market economy. This is why our handlers (regardless of country you live in) are the ones who sell the public the booze, build the casinos, have been caught smuggling the narcotics, approve the junk food and surround our communities with every form of chemical sedation they can pump out of their toxic science/medical centers…….all designed to numb the public to their slave like existence of painful living. Our rulers know living meaningless and empty lives benefits them and for that to continue, the slaves need to avoid feeling their pain. Most people on a Friday night still look forward to getting drunk, high or eating junk food, to escape their reality. It’s a cycle of slavery = pain = profit for the people at the top = addiction for the people at the bottom. To keep being less on many levels and tolerating it, slaves need to always pursue pain killers in their time away from that job they don’t enjoy working…..and the life they don’t really enjoy living.
It’s easier to judge than think and it’s easier to sedate, than deal with reality. Unfortunately killing oneself prematurely with pain killers of all kinds (that our social engineers hand deliver into the slave camp), instead of dealing with our pain, isn’t wise and NEVER allows us to live our best life. Reject the bread and circuses of our ancient rulers. Dealing with pain, without sedation, takes courage and that’s the primary ingredient needed to look our slave matrix in the eye and do something about it. Shut the convert slave matrix down by becoming healthy. Once you’re healthy, everything else will just fall into place. True story.

I always wondered about this… quit smoking in my early 20s and never had the weight gain everyone talked about! Going to massage school and learning about how complex and amazing the human body is just made me want to take better care of my own body.
I loved this article. I enjoy smoking but also see it as my own brand of self harm. I recently had minor health challenges and I know in my brain and heart I can cure them myself by taking a more holiistic approach to my health but I keep sabotaging that by smoking, drinking and eating poorly. I need to go on a very strict mainly plant based diet to heal myself. I know every step to take and sometimes do it for a while and then spoil it with sugar or wine or something
There is no obvious pain I am dealing
With but ur article rang so true I’m going to get to the root cause of my sabotage. I feel once I can take control of my health there is nothing I cannot conquer
