Had a nice guy message me today about the doctor failing him again, so he believed the next big relief was to be found in a new romantic partner. Before that it was the guru, the coach, the specialist, the pill, the surgery, the job, the raise, the government, the diet, the workout, the make up, the hair cut, the new clothes, the new car, the new watch, the new party…….and on and on and on. I wrote him back three lines.
