I noticed an old friend yesterday, who literally flogs himself for hours jogging on the treadmill. (daily) Due to my work, I’m very familiar with the signs that someone may have been exposed to patterns of body abuse as a child. As I learned more about my friend’s parents, all the pieces started to come together. This isn’t an exact science but intelligent analysis of the information usually ends with very predictable conclusions.
My friend’s father is a hunter. (the pattern there is a killing of life) The father was also a big alcohol drinker and the mother a big smoker. (same pattern – killing of life) My friend was proud of the fact that he didn’t smoke or drink but unfortunately my friend isn’t aware that his subconscious mind was exposed to those patterns of “life abuse“. My friend’s mind took in the abuse and radiates that abusive vibration within his exercise routine. My friend found this analysis very interesting and as we looked more into his life, more abuses of self were exposed.
As I said before, not an exact science but I always provide my clients and seminar guests with the check list for body abuse and a lack of self love. Having one item of the list means absolutely nothing. The more items you participate in, the greater the chances you were exposed to patterns of body/life abuse (the opposite of self love) as a child. Rituals of body disrespect include skipping meals, restrictive diets, restrictive belief systems, (usually relating to natural sexual function) consuming cheap processed foods, daily coffee intake (a known alkaloid poison), just no concern for the quality of what’s going into the body, over eating, medication usage (all meds are toxic – easily verified by reviewing the side effects), plastic surgeries, work addictions, never getting proper rest, (because they have to face who they are when they rest) no exercise or over exercise, (marathons, triathlons etc….always beating themselves up) obsessions with violent videos games, violent sports, gambling, violent language, violent driving habits, physical violence, conventional body building, growth hormone, alcohol consumption, smoking, narcotics, body piercing, elective surgeries, steroids, tattoos, reading trashy magazines (so they can practice the suffering based art of judging themselves and others) shopping addictions, obsession with guns/violence or war etc. People who lack self love also perpetually place their needs last on their priority list because they think others are worthy of care or love but not them.
People who are short of self love often participate in chronic “volunteerism“, taking time for others but never themselves. They’ll spend all weekend at a fundraiser but would never even take 1 hour to cook themselves (or their children for that matter) a healthy meal. Unfortunately you can’t teach or give what you don’t have so when these people get involved with fundraising, they perpetuate their beliefs of body abuse……….most often raising money for disease charities with foods, products and services that create more disease. They were taught body abuse and it shows in what they raise money for. Like Cookies for Cancer or Buckets for The Cure etc. (both of which cause cancer)
When people who don’t love themselves start wanting to help others, they can’t help in a healthy way because they just don’t have the practice. WARNING – stay away from these people during charity drives because they hold some of the most dangerous ideas on the planet regarding what you need to do in order to be healthy. (often wanting you to get vaccinated, take more drugs, get more medical testing, give your money away that you need to eat healthy, get more surgeries, let big government or big pharma run your life..etc) They want to raise money for health but they have no idea about what makes a person healthy. They are often sick themselves and they basically want you to join them in the belief that being healthy is about sacrifice, dis-empowerment, punishment, suffering, pain and giving your independence away.
The only way out of this cycle is to reprogram, on a repetitive basis, using basic rituals of self love.
