This is my wife Jennifer and she recently told me that she wishes she could just stay home and cook for the family, all day, being a traditional stay at home mother and wife. Because of what she told me, I’m very busy making that wish come true for her. She works extremely hard to provide the best food for our family, knowing that it’s health first in our household.

Just today for example, she spent from 9 in the morning until 6 at night preparing food for me, Sophia and herself. She laughs as she describes opening my office door and throwing good organic food in there, to the animal on the computer……which is me of course. We have an agreement that works in our marriage. She feeds me amazing food and I promise to use that food to power my very odd (and complex) brain, in order to provide enough monetary resources for our family. It’s an old fashioned agreement that works for us. I couldn’t be more happy creating my work and being fed the healthiest and best tasting dishes on the planet. Just tonight she made me a Mexican casserole that was beyond words. She ran a plate over to my brother in law, who lives across the road, and the phone was ringing within minutes, with him raving about how amazing it was. I have a dream job. I create things that I love and eat the best food on the planet plus give back to my family a life that they enjoy as well.
