All life cycles repeat themselves on this planet, at various time durations that are as predictable as the calendar itself. Right now the human body is primed for detox, cleaning and “budding into its’ full potential” as spring energy comes around the corner. Every year at this time I get plenty of coaching requests because of this spring time “turning over a new leaf” energy cycle….the human spiritual desire to blossom inside the spring energy and to clean house (sort of speak), to rid oneself of old patterns that no longer serve us.
