After a week of eating mostly non organic food, my body was showing some signs of toxicity. Bags under the eyes indicate that the the liver is having some issues, lower back pain or stiffness indicates that the kidneys may needs some help, headaches mean that the colon is having some issues and other various aches/pains around the body indicate that the body is having a hard time putting the garbage to the curb. I was showing some signs of toxicity in those areas so I gave my body a little help this morning.
The travel day is especially hard because as we sit in the car or plane it’s only the heart that will be pumping the blood through the system (and not our body motion) so that doesn’t mean anything good for a body that’s already toxic. So first thing this morning, I take 4 caps of fish oil on an empty stomach. This helps thin the blood and also energizes the metabolism. Right after that, I hit the gym for a workout that was designed to move heat and blood through the metabolism………focusing specifically on the kidneys, liver and colon. The workout was a high intensity, light weight, cardio, super set insanity sort of workout…with very little rest. This translates into the exercise itself moving the blood rapidly through my system to help clean my organs. I also pumped lots of water into me as I was working out, to thin the blood even more and to help my body put the garbage to the curb. When I was working out I participated in extremely deep breathing, as the extra oxygen helps produce electricity in the body and helps charge by metabolism for a busy day ahead. As the alpha of my family, I’m charged with many tasks on travel day and I never fail the tribe as a rule of ancient tradition. My breakfast today will include fruits, veggies and some protein….and I’ll chew my food very finely to help my body digest it and to give my intestinal tract a well needed break. As soon as I’m in the airport, I’ll grab a Fiji or Evian water to help facilitate the proper blood ph, which in turn will help keep my electrical charge as high as possible. Those are just the basics of course. In order to live your best life, little strategies like this really help. If you want to learn more about your body and how it really works, please read Paul Chek’s book “How To Eat, Move and Healthy”. I’m also starting an on line health course starting in Nov 2019.
