Sophia is healthy, never having a family doctor as an infant and still not having a family doctor today. Only breast fed, never given cow’s milk or cow’s yogurt. She’s 13 years old and one of the tallest in her grade. She’s never been vaccinated and has never taken any antibiotics, Tylenol, any other pain killer or any prescription medication. Rarely sick, only having a fever 3 times in her life. Each time, we placed her in a cold bath and then placed her into bed. Fever is a state of healing produced by the body because a) certain healing processes can only occur at higher temperatures and b) the immune system runs twice as fast, with each extra degree of heat produced.
I teach Sophia that her unborn children are already stored inside of her ovaries and that she can start loving her children today (right now) by making sure her body is healthy and that her unborn children have the best start in life. Loving her unborn children is as easy as loving herself……with healthy food and a healthy lifestyle. Nothing is for sure but I play the odds, in order to imprint my daughter with the key knowledge she’ll need to navigate life successfully. To raise healthy children, the parent needs to be healthy. You can’t give what you don’t have of course, so the best way to make children healthy is to make yourself healthy first. Start with Paul Chek’s book “How to Eat, Move and Be Healthy”. Knowledge is power. Power up. Power to the people.
