How The Processing of Food, Emotions and Sex Affects Your Health

The processing of food is a process by which a food is reduced into its’ component parts. Processed foods often only contain the parts that give you a high or rush. For example, white flour is only the endosperm of the wheat berry. The rest of the healthy food parts (the bran etc) are removed in the processing. In doing this, processed food manufacturers often leave out the food parts that can make you healthy and protect you from the parts of the food that make you high or give you a rush (like the sugars or fast acting carbs). As the processed food enters your system it still requires all the other parts, it was supposed to come with, in order to make it through your body safely.

Food is like a watch. Ask yourself, “which part of a watch tells time?‘ Well, they all work together to tell time. If one part is missing, it doesn’t work at all and the watch is no longer a watch. Food works exactly like this. This is why your body volunteers those bits and pieces, which are missing from the processed foods. (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, co-factors etc) With large quantities of nutrition flowing out of you, into the processed food, it’s easy to see how the processing of food leaves you fatigued, less healthy and actually much closer to death.

Not many people understand that they also “digest” ideas, emotions and thoughts coming into the body. Emotions, ideas and thoughts enter the body through the eyes and ears. Food enters through the mouth and is digested in the intestinal track. Thoughts, emotions and ideas enter through the eyes and ears……..and are digested in the mind. What happens when the ideas are processed, just like the processed foods? What happens when the ideas or emotions we’re being exposed to are incomplete and are lacking the complimentary ideas that will make them operate efficiently in our minds? Well, processed ideas and emotions affect the body just like processed foods. Processed ideas will always leave you less healthy and unable to operate as efficiently as you could, if you chose to not consume them.

For example, lets take most TV situational comedies today. (otherwise known as sit coms) The emotion is heavily processed, just like our foods are processed. The parts that give you a high are dramatically magnified and the other parts are left out. In all sit coms the laughter is actually pumped in as back ground noise, cuing the audience as when to laugh……..which is often at a frequency that does not occur in real life. Just like processed sugar cane. There is sugar inside the sugar cane but it’s no where as sweet or powerful as processed white sugar. (cocaine and herion are manufactured using the same maginification process as white sugar) The white sugar is the food part that makes you high and gives you a big rush of energy. The final product, derived from the processing, is unnatural in every sense of the word.

Sit coms work the same way…..the amount of funny things happening, the frequency of good times, the laughter, the living of the high life, the excitement , meeting members of the opposite sex and generally having the funniest day of your life (everyday)……just doesn’t happen in real life. The emotion is “PROCESSED”, with the best parts of life being separated from the natural occurring lifestyle and fed directly into the mind to super charge the emotional system or make it high. Most media takes regular emotion and super charges it unnaturally.

People exposed to these forms of entertainment often become processed emotional junkies….often watching the same TV shows or movies over and over again to get their emotional high. It’s why people watch the same movies or TV episodes over and over again or they go to a movie store and really don’t care what they rent………as long as it’s processed emotion so they get their fix. (as most mass media is like this).

When you eat processed foods, you often feel great for while and then you crash. With processed emotion, it’s the same affect. Feeling high during the shows or movies (reading trashy magazines has the same affect) and the emotional crash…..after real life is experienced once again. This not only can lead to media addictions (because it’s the way these people get high) it always has the potential to create severe boredom with most (if not all) real life situations. These people are often very hard to please or satisfy, on many different levels. Real life seems very slow (because there are hundreds of camera angle shot changes during a sit com). There’s no character really working a regular job on a sit com so regular work becomes almost unbearable. Real life is much harder than what’s portrayed in a sit com and because of this, real life offers up some laughs but no where as many as the piped in laughter and staged humour of the average sit com.

Due to this, life again can seem extremely boring and that is the crash that can occur after watching hours and hours of these shows, which serve you processed emotion. People who feed on these emotions are often on the move constantly in real life and have a hard time sitting down, relaxing or enjoying the simple things because they need to mimic the standards of action and emotion portrayed inside the sit com. From one shopping experience to the next, going out frequently and rarely (if ever) satisfied with anything “real” because “real life” just can’t produce the emotional highs they have become addicted to because of this type of media exposure. It can also take an emotional toll when the viewer starts to believe that they have failed because so many other people are doing better than them on all levels but in reality, only the people on the TV are living this type of emotionally charged lifestyle.

I could talk about porn from this frame of reference as well but I want you to, as a thinking exercise. Porn today is processed, giving the same unmatchable highs and distancing the mind from being comfortable with what really happens between lovers. No dating, no cuddling, no flirting at the gym before it all goes down, often the perfect bodies, no promises, no coffee, no love notes, no lucky pennies, no dirty e-mails, no dinner, no holding hands, no introducing the new lover with extreme pride to friends and family, no hot looks between lovers in a crowded room, no electricity or sexual tension you could cut with a knife …….just the act itself. Just the sex with all the other parts left out. Processed sex is what it is. How do you think this processed sex affects the mind?

Basically if you want to enjoy real sex, real emotions and real food…………you need to remove the processed junk out of your life. Stop watching internet porn, stop reading trashy magazines, stop watching TV and stop eating food made in a factory. Do it slowly. Make baby steps because media is designed in many ways to make you less healthy, less happy and less satisfied with the real things in life. It’s that simple. You feeling like you just aren’t keeping up with the Joneses is just one clever trick mass media uses to get you chasing a mirage, which ofcourse doesn’t exist. Take a media break for a week and don’t expect anything less than what it feels like to get off drugs cold turkey. Detox your body and your mind. You’ll be happy you did.
