Click here to learn about a common processed food ingredient that’s linked to massive weight gain and cellulite. Why does it cause so much weight gain?
All chemical substances (any molecule that’s not real food) triggers a genetic response in the body. That genetic response to poison is based on increasing water retention and fat cell production to dilute the poison. Weight gain is a defensive mechanism and has little to do with calories. Weight gain has to do with poison. The more of your diet that’s chemical, the greater your weight gain via this genetic defense mechanism. This is my wife (click here to view) and she eats about 2500-3500 calories per day of organic whole foods………and she can’t gain an ounce. If she eats the smallest amount of processed junk foods, she starts gaining out of no where.
Avoid chemicals (in what you eat and even what you place on your skin) if you want to lose weight and live a long disease free life. Certified organic food never contains MSG. There are no restrictions on MSG in non-organic foods. MSG also travels under more than 40 other different names so you can’t find it on your non-organic ingredient lists? (you can thank the government and food manufacturers for this, as they teamed up to place the health of consumers at risk after this book came out warning the public about the often “fatal” effects of MSG) Your government has always “got your back“……..because that’s where your wallet is.
If you think the massive weight gain is bad, wait until you learn about how MSG causes heart attack, lung failure, infertility, Parkinson’s, lowered I.Q, brain damage and much more……..then wait until you learn that they put MSG in baby formula, vaccines, toothpastes etc. Again, just another reason to turn your back on anything that’s not natural and not organic. Even if I grocery shopped right next to you, I would have a hard time locating MSG in what non-organic processed food you were buying……..so just avoid it. It’s that simple. Don’t tell yourself you can’t afford organic food but you can afford to be overweight, diseased and to die early. That argument doesn’t fly.
