Everything I know about health in 10 sentences……….

OK here it goes……….

1. People who have a hard time getting healthy have what I call a science bias, which is a conditioned response to accept anything made or endorsed by science and to inversely reject anything made by nature.

2. The greatest skill to develop in regards to being healthy is the skill of seeing something that isn’t working in your life and admitting that the negative results you’re receiving means you don’t know the truth regarding that particular issue.

3. Getting healthy means understanding the child ego, which is the part of the personality that seeks to be taken care of (being mothered or fathered) and being told what to do. (the part of the personality that seeks medical tests, never questioning what you’re told by the government/doctors or other societal authority figures, taking medications that obviously make people more sick, cutting out the organs that people need to be healthy etc etc) This is also why the conventional medical system uses fear as their main mode of patient communication, as fear triggers an immediate mental regression into the child ego.

4. Treating yourself poorly to make yourself sick and then choosing drugs and surgeries, which make you more sick, are simply the same pattern of self-abuse manifesting in your life.

5. Every health issue has an emotional component to it and because this is not addressed inside conventional medicine, the chances of complete recovery are insignificant or non-existent.

6. Disease is like a crying baby, which tries to bring your attention to a particular issue you’re ignoring in your life.

7. Our naked bodies and health status reflect exactly what we believe we deserve for ourselves and the key to becoming better is not a new diet or new exercise routine but a journey of self discovery regarding why our beliefs regarding self care, self love and self acceptance are what they are.

8. Childhood exposure to the idea that everyone is born a sinner and that sinners need to be punished could represent the single greatest factor contributing to ill health and mental dysfunction out of any belief system commonly taught in our society today.

9. Most people base their decisions upon which option will provide the least amount of pain in their lives and that’s why most people would rather die a slow/painful death inside the conventional medical system than admit that what they know is fatally incorrect. Admitting that you don’t know what’s real or not represents the fear of the unknown and the fear of the unknown represents one of the greatest fears a person can face.

10. It’s imperative to hire an experienced health and exercise coach because becoming healthy is about journeying along an inward path that someone else has already taken.
