What about the patterns? Do you see any patterns?  Can you see any patterns in this video or this video , which also can be found in the videos above? I do imagine most people can start to piece this all together by themselves.

Love is the answer. Love yourself and after that you’ll never fear life, your neighbour or the base human condition again. There are two emotions in the Universe. Fear and love. That’s it. More love is obviously needed and it starts with loving yourself. Love flowing inside first and then outside second. Start with any rituals that show respect to the nature inside of yourself and you’ll eventually overflow with that respect to everything around you. The answers are in you.

Stay healthy and understand that the pursuit of health involves rituals of self love.  Exercise is not exercise. Daily exercise is a ritual of loving yourself. Eating good food is not eating. Eating organic food at every meal is a ritual of loving yourself. Doing it proves you’re worth the time, effort and money. Everyone around you will see that you think you’re worth it…………including yourself. A person who can’t eat healthy food has fallen out of practice with self love. That’s why being healthy is important. It gives us the practice we need to respect ourselves. Once we love ourselves, we could never hurt ourselves and that can come in handy when certain members of our society are continually trying to sell us poison.
