Emotions can’t be directed at one person and not another. Let me show you an example. The United States (overall) is becoming a very violent and extremely dysfunctional society. The U.S. has “hate” and many believe you can direct hate on one group and not others. Hate is like a radio signal broadcasting from the human mind, which means everyone gets equal doses of it. That’s a “law” of nature, as real as the law of gravity.  When you “hate,” you’ll also end up treating your neighbours and fellow citizens in the same manner as your enemies because again…………you can’t direct “hate“. Unfortunately that also means you start hating yourself because you’re at “ground zero” of the broadcast, meaning you get the strongest dose of what ever your feeling and thinking.
