A Journey That Will End With A Thin and Healthy You

Today I take on the task of asking you some simple questions. These questions will help you find your own way out of the matrix of information, which is designed to keep you demanding your worst life. We’re all in it to some degree, even myself. I have travelled many miles outside this matrix of information, so now I can act as a tour guide for some. At the end of this journey, you will cross over into an area where the best of you is waiting to take your hand and then lead you to your best life.

Do you rely on others for most everything in your life without even knowing it? That includes blaming others as well. Here’s an example. I know a lady who could not live in a restricted love relationship anymore (as no one can) and we’ll talk about “the great love theft/heist” in a later blog. She was married and started to gain romantic interest in others because she had her love restricted for so long (by herself and the standard rules of relationships we’re all supposed to follow) that she was going to explode and release that caged energy. (restricted love is any situation where you promise to restrict your love – just another form of suffering certain institutions sell you as a path to betterment)

Instead of growing from the situation and seeing that restricted love was not a good contract to bind herself into, she decided to fall back to her basic default programming and started looking to “other” for everything regarding the situation.

As for the romantic fling that started, she blamed the secondary man for coming on too strong when everything went public.  As for the original husband (who was also a victim of a restricted love model), he was blamed and attacked for not providing enough of what was needed to keep her attention and interest. The pattern there is obvious…………the pattern is always looking outwards and never looking inwards. Always making sure the person to be highlighted is “other” and never “self“. I see it all day long in my work. Regardless, if this person doesn’t start learning……….she will enter into another love restricting relationship and the patterns will simply repeat themselves.

You will know you’re getting to the end of the journey when you understand that love must flow in all directions and that all love is good. (regardless of what society tries to dictate) All love is good because it just makes the world a better place. Love restriction is the world’s most deadly viral disease today. (ex. you can love this person but not this person or you can love both but never at the same time)

The people who are the most sick and the most overweight make the game of “other” a full time sport. The doctor is in control of their health and never them. The TV is in charge of their entertainment and never them. The government is in charge of their income and educating their children but never them. My genes make me big, my girl friend brought over the cake, it was so and so’s birthday, I’m sick because of my cholesterol, someone else gave me a cold, the vaccine will make my immunity better, the pill will make me happy, the smoking will relax me, the booze will make me more acceptable at the party, steroids will make me more confident, the fake breasts will make me sexier, it’s up to my boss to create my economic future, my marks in school let me and others know if I’m smart of not etc etc. It’s all classic dis-empowerment because no control of anything is held by “self”.

See, if you’re taught to rely on “other“, “other” has all the power because you can’t decide anything independently. This is perfect for “other” (the doctors, the government, the unhealthy businesses who profit when you’re depressed, sick and overweight) but not so good for the people who are so dis-empowered that they would rather do anything their told rather than pursue the real reason they were placed here in the first place.

Yes, it does take some practice but you can start looking at yourself for such patterned behavior. In the end, the more you know yourself the easier it is to grow into that thin and healthy person you’ve always dreamed of.  Never turn your back on any subtle glimpse of love. Let it flow and pursue it all costs. Never restrict your flow of love and avoid relying on “other” for most things in your life.
