Self Sabotage – Is Money The Root of All Evil?

I know a carpenter who does great work. He’s one of the best, except there’s one problem. He’s afraid to bill people because he feels bad. He’ll pencil in a job, which you need to make months in advance. He shows up, does the best work you’ve ever seen, he leaves……and often doesn’t send a bill. And I don’t mean small jobs. I mean $1000 – $5000 owed to him. (not including materials, just his labor). This sort of self sabotaging behavior often traces back to a “money as the root of all evil” program, often driven into children by religious dogma. That sort of programming was invented by the ruling classes as a success destructive imprint, so the poor stayed poor and helpless……..and the rich had less competition. It’s simply one way the rich learned how to advertise poverty as noble, spiritual and down to earth. It’s called poverty programming. Money isn’t the root of all evil, poverty is. Poor people fill our jails because they need to lose their morality, just to survive. Like everything else down here on bizarro world, up is down, left is right and being poor makes you a better person. It’s trap for the weak mind. Money isn’t evil. Money just makes you more of who you really are. If you’re an asshole, money makes you more of an asshole. If you’re kind, moral and generous……money makes you more of that. There’s a massive conspiracy to keep good people down and it’s time we understood the mental trickery used to accomplish that evil objective.
