So in the end, you need to encourage the human cattle to drink, but you never want them to kill themselves driving, because if you’re a human farmer (like any farmer) your profit is based on the number of livestock you hold. If the slaves use the alcohol to inhibit their brain function, to the point where they can’t figure any of this out, profits go up. If a slave drinks and drives, potentially killing themselves and other slaves in the process, profits go down. And that’s the reason your social engineers arrange public “government endorsed” campaigns against drinking and driving but of course organize, orchestrate and even sell the alcohol to the cattle down on the human farm.
