My Liver Issues

Coming as no real surprise to me, the owner of the body that I abused for at least 25 years, my liver has started to remind me that it needs some increases in love. The truth is that my liver has always been there trying to protect me from myself and now it needs more support. I’ve learned from many teachers recently regarding liver function and how the liver expresses pain to other regions of the body, as a cry for help. These pain syndromes, which I’ve currently been experiencing, are indicative that the liver can no longer function optimally and that it’s in extreme pain and fatigue.  The great thing about the liver is that it’s an organ that can completely regenerate itself very quickly. What that also means is that if your liver is in trouble, you’ve been self abusive for a very long time………..which I was in my younger years. Now it’s time to give back and protect the organ that has always given back and protected me.

The first symptom I experienced was pain in my big toe, on the left side of my body. At the time I was unaware of what that meant but as I moved through my team of health experts, this was the first sign I should have been looking for. Big toe pain and a lack of flexibility in the big toe. That was strike one. My liver was in so much distress, it was also twisting away in pain, and this twisting of the organ was always twisting my body a bit. (from the right to the left) This was causing postural issues and pain in other parts of my body.

Then I had another pain syndrome (indicative of liver issues), starting in my left hip and moving down to my knee….then down the outside of my calf. It was a pain similar to sciatica yet I didn’t fail the test for that nerve based impingement. That was strike two. I had some bloating in the liver area, just under the rib cage. Strike three. My complexion was a little white and pasty plus my energy was lower than usual. My Chinese medicine doctor said it best, “your blood is weak because your liver is not good……your tongue says your liver is hurting”.

I have to say thanks to my liver for helping me this far down the road without any issues because lets be honest, I used to participate in a lifestyle that’s famous for destroying optimal liver function with performance enhancing drugs, cocaine, alcohol, bad food, Tylenol/other pain killers and many other low self worth based lifestyle habits. So now I move forward, cleaning my liver with special Chinese medical herbs, coffee enemas, healthier food choices and large infusions of raw juiced vegetables/fruit. I’m also getting some acupuncture to re-energize the liver so it can ramp up its’ detox function.  It’s getting better, slowly but surely.

Just thought I would let everyone know that sometimes even people like myself need some help from outside health professionals, who can actually address the root cause of the issue and not mask it with toxic medications or mutilating surgeries. Thanks for reading and talk soon.

Jason, Liver Cleanse, Stomach Soothe, and Balance Chinese Medicinal Mushroom Extracts from Alphay work wonders as well. http://www.getalphay.com/
( Lions Mane, Lingzhi, Shitake, Goats Thorn, to name a few) Milk Thistle also helps. I almost lost my German Shepherd to liver enlarged liver lobe, liver failure last month. Vets were great at diagnosing, terrible at providing any help at healing. I started him on these the day I brought him back from the ER, knowing I needed to act fact to detox and cut the inflammation if I was going to save him. I already had these Alphay products on hand for my health and my family’s health and put them to work. He detoxed for 3 days, and appetite, energy levels began to come back. He still has a journey to go to complete recovery, but I am seeing improvement almost daily. PS. I like your posts on FB and agree with much of your insight.

Jason, I really appreciate your honesty and integrity! You are are a shining light to those who are looking for ways to better their health and life. I enjoy your Facebook posts. I know we live far apart, but someday I hope to meet you too learn more from you and share about my hands-on energy healing modality, Life Energy Flow Tai Yi, which is ancient Chinese, several thousand years older than acupuncture. I also really enjoyed your interview with Sean Stone on Buzzsaw. What you said in that interview aligns with what I have learned from my Spiritual Taecher, Jonah, jonahlifeinstitute.com.

    Aloha,
