When a foriegn chemical enters the body it starts a hormonal shift toward fat gain and disease. To the body, anything that’s not whole organic food is classified as a chemical. All chemicals will alert the immune system. The immune system is powered by massive amounts of vitamins and minerals. What that means is that when your immune system is activated in this way, nutrition is leaving your body very quickly. Nutrition also fights disease in the body so if nutrition is dedicated to running the immune system and not to fighting disease…………you have a greater chance of getting sick. That’s how these chemicals cause disease. All things that cause disease also cause weight gain as well.

Chemicals also cause weight gain because extra weight (fat and water) is one of the body’s favourite defenses against chemicals. Diluted poison is safer than concentrated poison so extra water is held by the body to dilute its’ toxic load of chemicals. Chemicals are also held or jailed in extra fat cells, as a safe storage area until the body can metabolize each chemical one at a time. Today most people just keep adding extra water and additional fat cells because their bodies never have the opportunity to metabolize what poison they are holding because they just keep placing more and more chemicals into their bodies. What you know as “fat“is just another word for “toxic” or “full of chemicals“.
