What I Told My Daughter about Gum and Pajama Day at School

Sophia and Daddy

My name is Jason Christoff and I am the father of Sophia Christoff. Sophia attends a public school in Cornwall Ontario Canada. This week the school has two theme days. One day is bubble gum day and the other one is pajama day, where everyone wears pajamas to school.

My speciality is health but in being the owner of several health facilities, I came to quickly understand that there was more to people getting in shape than just exercising and eating right. I opened my first fitness and health facility when I was 24 years old, only 6 months after I graduated from McGill University. I went on to win Entrepreneur of the Year in Cornwall and I also received my first business loan (at the age of 24) without a co-signer due to the business plan being so financially sound and well structured. That was 20 years ago now. In that 20 years I’ve opened several other fitness and health facilities in Ontario and helped many friends open their own fitness facilities or other businesses.

Being in the health business so long it was easy to see that something else was occurring with people who genuinely wanted to live happier, healthier and more satisfying lives. What I noticed after about 10 years was that although some people often said they wanted to make changes with their health, they often couldn’t and more often than not they self sabotaged their own success. These patterns become blatantly obvious so I started to do some research into self sabotage. I wanted to know why many people would say one thing and then do the complete opposite. Why were their actions completely different from their words? What I came across was a huge library of information regarding subjects such as self sabotage, mass advertising, hypnosis, mind control, programming, conditioning, the subconscious mind and many other related (and some unrelated) topics.

This type of programming could explain easily why some of my weight loss clients were dropping off thousands of dollars to me in the afternoon and then heading out to sabotage their new diets that very night. (I would literally see some of clients paying me thousands of dollars during the day, starting a new diet that day, promising themselves and me that this time would be different and then sabotaging the new diet that very night). It didn’t make any sense but as I looked into the subject of self sabotage and the subconscious mind I started to understand that when someone doesn’t make any sense, that’s when you know you’re observing the patterns inside the subconscious mind. Subconscious programming appears only in our patterns of behavior and not in the specifics of our behavior. The cycles that govern our behavior are where the keys to the subconscious mind can be found. In short, subconscious programming rules our lives and it can ruin our lives if we don’t learn how to recognize our own patterns of behavior and deprogram ourselves, if we aren’t getting what we need and want out of life.

Due to the fact that I am highly educated in the art of subconscious mind control, which often ends in unsatisfying lives (as I observed in many of my weight loss clients), I can pick out that sort of programming in a hurry when I see it and that’s why I sat my daughter down today regarding her bubble gum day and her pajama day at school. She is 7. This is what I told her.

I explained to Sophia that like all conditioning that affects the subconscious mind, what is on the surface doesn’t matter. The subconscious mind cares little for the bubble gum or the pajamas. The only part of the mind that cares for particulars like bubble gum or pajamas is the conscious mind. The conscious mind is the infant of the group, representing a range of control over our actions in the area of 1%-5%. The subconscious mind is the mental super computer of the two, representing control over our actions/thoughts etc to the tune of 95%-99%. The subconscious works in patterns and only sees patterns. I told my daughter that the subconscious mind would not see the bubble gum or the pajamas but would only look at the common ground that linked both theme days and that the common ground recognized would be a change in personal behavior based on the say so of a government based authority figure. I went on to explain why the schools do this, who invented such ideas and what the long term benefits of these tactics were to certain groups in the world. I also explained how these mind tricks were discovered, who discovered them, who mastered them and how they are used in the public school system today……..without the children’s or the teacher’s knowledge.

The command to chew gum (which is toxic in many different ways – nutrition is my primary speciality) and the command to wear pajamas would be processed in the subconscious mind as changing personal behavior based on the say so of a third party, which in this case is a government authority figure. The subconscious mind would also home in on the pressure to fit in with one’s peer group and gain approval of government officials by changing personal behavior and going along with the crowd. This aids in what is called “opening a gravel road” in the subconscious mind, which over time would become paved and part of the person’s subconscious mental/computer programming. Our currently society needs adults who move with the crowd, obey orders without question or resistance (regardless if those orders make sense or not) and who care deeply about the approval of others, especially people in the positions of authority. If you research who invented these simple sleights of mind (as their called) it’s easy to understand that such tactics are used to program children to become good obedient adults to the ruling class. (regardless of who is ruling at that time or what time in history it is etc)

In the age of information, ignorance is a choice. I have linked some videos below on these subjects so interested parties can understand how these simple tactics are not only highly effective at producing an end product (an adult who doesn’t question too much what authority figures tell them) but these tactics have been used for hundreds if not thousands of years to control large populations. If you’ve ever wondered how a couple of thousand people rule over billions, this is how it’s done. Hope this article peaked some interest and hoping that interest leads you to watch this documentary or this interview, which will help you learn more on this subconscious mind control formula and the origins of the school system in general.
