I Tell You What Therapist I Use In Today’s Blog

Subconscious mind programming can literally rule your life. The only process by which you can study someone’s subconscious programming is to carefully review their daily habits. (24 hours per day) That means you’re the best person for the job of assessing your own inner programming. You’re with yourself every second of the day so watching for patterns in your behavior can be easy, if you know what to look for. Start looking for patterns and not specifics.

Respect of self and love for self are the only things that can filter out bad ideas. That includes any ideas that make us gain weight or acquire disease. When smokers quit smoking they often start eating ice cream and maybe when they quit the ice cream. they start over eating other junk foods or start drinking excessive amounts of alcohol etc. The pattern there is to hurt self and I will suggest a practitioner who can help you break that cycle at the end of this e-mail. (if you do happen to find you’re programmed to hurt self after the short test below)

Here are some things people do when they lack self love. If you have one item on this list, don’t worry but the more items you have….. the greater chance you’re going to need someone to reprogram you subconsciously. Rituals of body disrespect include skipping meals, restrictive diets, eating disorders, restrictive belief systems, (usually relating to natural sexual function) consuming cheap processed foods, daily coffee intake (a known alkaloid poison), just no concern for the quality of what’s going into the body, over eating, medication usage (all meds are toxic – easily verified by reviewing the side effects), plastic surgeries, work addictions, never getting proper rest, no active relaxation,(because we have to face who we really are when we rest) no exercise or over exercise, (marathons, triathlons, aggressive weight lifting like CrossFit etc….always beating themselves up to hide the pain), on sports teams the person who’s the most aggressive or the figther often falls right into this category, (Bob Probert, Derek Boogaard etc), obsessions with violent videos games, violent sports, gambling, violent language, violent driving habits, physical violence, conventional body building with steroids, growth hormone usage (always trying to change self because they’re not happy with self), alcohol consumption, smoking, narcotics, body piercing, elective surgeries, tattoos, (the natural body is never good enough in it’s natural state) reading trashy magazines (so one can practice the suffering based art of judging themselves and others) shopping addictions, obsession with guns/violence or war, can’t build lasting relationships with either gender etc.

Once a lack of respect for self is programmed into the subconscious mind, additional habits that disrespect other life forms quickly emerge. Not recycling, not caring about the planet, stomping on small bugs, abusing animals, cutting down trees around your home, thinking that animals don’t feel pain or heart break, polluting etc. You may not think there’s a connection between these things but if you don’t respect the life inside yourself, you won’t be able to respect any life forms outside yourself either. People who don’t possess a love of self often make it their full time job to hurt themselves. The reason this occurs is simple. Where love is absent, only fear can live and fear is the seed  of all negative thoughts, ideas and actions. Not getting loved properly is where most fear begins. These people are often over achievers because unfortunately they can never stop moving because when they stop, they get to talk to the truth inside themselves………..and the truth is often too painful to confront.

If anything in this blog is resonating with you, you can seek help through subconscious mind reprogramming. The reason “diets don’t work”  (they all work actually) is because the subconscious minds of many are programmed to avoid betterment and to seek suffering. For a diet to work, the subconscious mind has to be programmed that pleasure without guilt is acceptable. Try hypnosis because hypnosis (access to the subconscious realm) should be one of the first things you try if you want to turn your life around. I’ve personally found the subconscious mind re-programing by this practitioner (click here) to have worked wonders on myself, in a very short amount of time. The certification is LifeLine Therapy. There’s often an invisible glass ceiling holding you back from your best life and because it’s often hidden in the subconscious mind, you need a professional in there who knows how to get you ready to accept the best life has to offer without guilt or shame.

This is great insight into how self love affects someone's behavior. It is painful to watch people engage in self destructive behavior. It truly affects all aspects of a person's life.
