Why do people regain the weight they lose? Simple. Same reason 95% of people go bankrupt within a year of winning the lottery. It’s all about what we’re programmed to do subconsciously. Our subconscious mind is the cruise control for our life. Having no or very little money is a symptom of a person’s programming, so if you give a person money (like this person who won $104 million dollars) the extra money doesn’t change their programming. (same thing with a person who gets a breast agmentation and their confidence etc….. unless the root programming is addressed….the pain still remains)
The subconscious mind is like a computer. It doesn’t matter what information or even how much information you put through it, your subconscious mind handles that information exactly the same. It doesn’t matter if you feed 10 million or $10,000 dollars through someone’s subconscious mind, the result is going to be the same. (or at least the same in 95% of cases………which may indicate the number of people who are programmed that money is an evil device………because that’s the base program that makes people “subconsciously” shun money when it comes their way) Money is not the root of all evil, poverty is. When you’re poor, you’re more likely to do bad things to stay alive.
Now we move onto people who gain back the weight after a diet. Same thing as with the lotto winners. The statistic of returning back to the original weight is high (and ending up heavier than when they started the diet), much like that for the lotto winners returning to their original starting point. (and finishing with even less money than before they won the lotto) Both statistics show how the subconscious mind fights tooth and nail to return the person to their original programming. Weight gain is a symptom, Being overweight and fighting to stay there “subconsciously” is a symptom of our programming, which we learned as children. When you’ve worked in the weight loss industry for as long as I have you notice some patterns that you just can’t ignore, regarding where this “programming” is coming from. If weight gain is a symptom of the subconscious programming “to harm ourselves” (or that we don’t deserve any better) than when we lose weight………..we are bound to gain it back because that programming is still there regardless of what weight that person is. Dealing with the programming that makes people believe they deserve to be a overweight, diseased and depressed is where the battle to keep a stable weight will be won. Dealing with the weight (the symptom) and the programming that creates the weight gain is what my weight loss clinic specializes at.
To learn anything, it’s better to have a role model. Fighting our destructive programming works in the same way. (mimicing what someone else already did is easier and faster than doing it all on our own) I have such a role model for you today. A tip of the hat to fellow health professional Terry Tillard for sending me this video. What you see in this video is a monstrous battle one man has with his childhood programming of fear, self doubt, judgement and punishment. Fear is a chemical state in the body that brings us our worst life, including weight gain and repetitive behaviors that increase our suffering. This video can act as a perfect example for people who want to understand what leg work needs to done before they can lose weight and keep it off. To keep the weight off you must dig thousands of feet down into the subconscious mind and find the root of the idea, which leads us to believe that pain is all we deserve.
This man’s journey is not about weight loss. It’s about discoverying his childhood programming……and this is why it’s such an important educational tool. Long term weight stability has nothing to do with losing weight. Weight loss has to do with how we are programmed. The video is also controversial but any journey outside the matrix of information, which is designed to steal our power, will be controversial.
Want to see what it takes to look your demons right in the face and turn your back on them? Want to see what it takes to understand why you may be constantly living in fear and self judgement? This man investigates his negative programming and nails his demons down, never to look back. The ending has the power of the best Hollywood production. Click here to view.
Today is your opportunity to literally see what may be keeping you back from achieving your best life and best weight. If everyone in the world took the time to investigate their childhood programming, as this man did, everyone could tame their demons and no one would gain their weight back and no one would ever waste their lotto winnings. Are you sure you want to find out where all that fear and self judgement is coming from? If you want to be happy but can’t and if you want to lose weight but can’t, there’s a good chance the topics discussed in this man’s video will have be mulled over at sometime before your healing can begin. The best of luck to you.

You are BANG-ON with this article! I know from first-hand experience that dealing only with the food aspect of weight will NEVER result in long-term, lasting results. Until I learned about my programming and then changed it, I continually shed and then re-gained the same 100 pounds many times. I was finally successful in the weight staying off when I began to pay attention to my brain rather than my stomach. I even wrote a book called “Why Are You Weighting? It’s Not The Food That’s Making You Fat!” so I could share what I had learned on journey. Please check it out at http://www.WhyAreYouWeighting dot com
Thank you for writing in. I am exploring your material. I don’t usual post comments that promote other sites but I believe this one is worth it. Thanks again for spreading the word about what it really takes to keep the weight off.
