Alcohol is proven to impair the body’s ability to fight off viral infections…….yet all the liquor stores are open across Canada. (except PEI). Liquor stores are also open in most “lock-down” areas across the world. It’s because the government “cares” so much about keeping people healthy and flattening the curve. Alcohol also kills 3 million people world wide every year……but the liquor stores are all open because the “government” really wants people to be healthy and stay out of the hospitals. Don’t want to over crowd the hospitals but all the liquor stores are open…..and when you get to the hospital you can have a pop, chip and chocolate bar out of the junk food machine. Once admitted here comes the French fries, the red dye #2 jello and the other processed dead food to flatten the curve. Because they care if you get sick, care if you die early and care about the elderly. God bless them and all their care.
Government officials who understand that if they don’t lie on cue for their paper rectangles, they starve, have taken the time to formulate this official sounding lie to explain why the alcohol (which increases viral infection) is still flowing… “it’s for the safety of our communities that we keep the liquor stores open because all the alcoholics may become mentally unstable during the epidemic without their alcohol.” Yes, staying drunk makes you healthier than stopping. Of course, makes sense. But if you care wouldn’t it be a good thing to stop the alcohol now as opposed to later. That’s what a caring person would do right? Don’t worry about the rest of us though becoming mentally unstable as we have to live on 20% of what we used to make. Yes please take care of the alcoholics you created in the first place, by selling alcohol all these years. Don’t worry about the responsible hard working citizens, just keep the alcohol flowing, to flatten the curve, when alcohol is proven to increase the curve. We ask all government officials to never take responsibility for selling the liquor and/or crashing the economy. Yes, please blame everything on someone else, other than yourselves. Makes perfect sense…..but only if you don’t think about it.
