The Extremely Odd Case of Coffee and Self Sabotage

In order to overcome and address self sabotage in one’s life, a person needs to ask themselves, “how many times per day am I destroying my own potential, based on non thinking habituation?”. Our brains are very much designed to repeat patterns. Repetitive patterns equal security, safety and predictability in the human psyche. These attributes help produce a certain class of calming hormones in our system. When we repeat any habits, patterns, cycles, ceremonies, rituals and cultural norms……it feels good for many psychological reasons. Unfortunately when the habits are conducted over the long haul, the subconscious mind picks them up to execute, which means that these “habits’ are going to be carried out without any conscious thought or analysis what so ever. It’s the subconscious execution of self defeating, self abusive and self attacking habits that trim our potential and keep us from living out successful, happy and satisfying lives. One solution is to make bring conscious awareness to the subconscious habits, which are destroying any chance we have at living out our best life. Coffee/caffeine drinking is one such subconscious habituation that’s perpetuated in our cultural tribe, as well as being passed down within families. If you drink coffee everyday, you won’t be able to manifest to your full potential what so ever. (article proving that attached)

This realization also leads us to another ODD truth regarding all self sabotaging behaviors and that is……the subconscious in most cases insists that the person drink coffee (or poison themselves in many other ways) because there’s an underlining fear of becoming successful. The subconscious is deathly afraid of become super amazing, in order to tower OVER THE OTHERS, within a massively underachieving society. So what looks like addiction and the poisoning of self every day with toxic coffee (or other poisons), is simply an attempt at safety acquisition through destroying oneself, as to never offend the underachieving hoards that surround us. The subconscious mind works very differently than people will ever believe.

In order to manifest our best life, we need to understand exactly how our minds work and how to reverse most of the programming we’ve been exposed to. If you’re looking to learn more about how your brain really works, so you can start reprogramming your subconscious for success on all levels (weight loss, health, finances, relationships, love, raising children, travel, reversing disease, quitting addiction etc) then you would enjoy my latest master workshop on overcoming self sabotage. Hello Jason,
I am replying to your Facebook post Re. Your upcoming certification course.
I have been following your posts for quite some time and the truths you speak of really resonate with me. I am a functional medicine practitioner and I see clients who suffer from a myriad of diseases and disorders. Interestingly enough, the one common denominator for these individuals is that they all have some history of trauma that is partially or wholly responsible for their ill-health. For many, they usually experienced some form of trauma as children and this becomes their biggest hang-up for getting well, and they continue to sabotage their progress towards health.
I wanted to explore these factors in more detail and be better equipped to help these individuals. I too am a sufferer from childhood trauma and self-sabotage. Cheers!
