The worst peanut butters are Kraft, Skippy and Jiff because of the added sugar, the omega 6 (pro-inflammatory/cancer causing) GMO oils and the other chemical poisons purposely included in these toxic concoctions. The companies who make this garbage don’t care about you or your children. Anyone eating this toxic brew is asking for trouble. It’s not fit for a maggot to consume. Saving a couple of bucks only to die a painful and premature death because poison is cheaper than real food, is more than illogical, it’s stupid. If you’re going to eat peanut butter, use something like what’s on the far left, without any of the poison. There’s a hole in your face. It’s called a mouth. Don’t stick poison in there. Simple stuff. In the end almond or cashew butter is the better choice, if nut butter is going to be consumed.
