Do you need to go to the gym to get in shape? No, but exercise does help. If you want to start getting healthy today but don’t want to hit the club just yet, simply follow these 4 weight loss quick tips. You can move these quick tips directly into your daily habits because they take no time what so ever. They can even save you time and money.
It takes no extra time to buy organic food over non-organic. You simply pick up organic food and place it in your shopping cart, as opposed to picking up the same non-organic item. The pesticides on non-organic foods are directly linked to weight gain and disease. You also need nutrition (vitamins, mineral, enzymes, co-factors etc) in order to get healthy and thin. There’s up to 90% more nutrition in organic foods. Don’t tell me you “CAN” afford to be overweight and sick but you “CAN’T” afford organic food. Watch out for ideas that don’t serve you and get rid of them. Choose to live your best life because it takes the same energy as choosing to live your worst life. Living your best life is much more rewarding.
Stop watching TV after sundown, just a little bit. Get to bed by 10:30. If you stop watching TV for even 1 hour before you go to bed and if you get to bed by 10:30, you’ll lose more weight and add plenty of toned muscle to your body…………even if you don’t change anything else in your life.
Don’t watch or read anything negative. This can actually save you money because you can cancel your newspaper and subscribe to less TV channels. Don’t watch CNN and many other “obvious” choices that are negative and violent. The way the body works is simple. Your body makes what you see into chemicals so you can feel what you experience. When you see negative things happening in front of you in print, on TV etc your body turns those emotions into chemicals and it’s those negative chemicals that cause weight gain and the majority of disease. Aim toward getting rid of your TV altogether some years down the road. (maybe except for a DVD player for the occasional entertainment or educational video)
Stop playing the fool and going to the doctor every time you’re sick. If you want to find out what’s making you sick, just get a map to your own home. Find the bathroom and look in the mirror. The #1 culprit will always be you and how you treat yourself. You won’t stop getting sick until you stop making yourself sick. Medications, surgeries and invasive medical tests only add more metabolic stress on top of the unhealthy way most people treat themselves……avoid that pattern at all costs. The point here is about respect. People who don’t respect their bodies by eating processed foods will see nothing wrong with hurting themselves with toxic medications. The trend is not respecting the body and thinking this is what you deserve. This isn’t true. Everyone deserves the best in life. Not many working inside the conventional health care system are healthy because they’re not experts at health. They’re experts at sickness and making sure patients mask their symptoms but still stay sick. Making yourself sick outside the hospital and then taking drugs that make you more sick (inside the hospital) is not a health strategy, it’s a death strategy. Take back your personal power and make it happen. Your country doesn’t need anymore people playing the victim. We’re in debt already. There’s a line up of people auditioning for that role at the hospital and the line up goes right around the corner and down the block. Pull it together while you still have the time to make the changes. Don’t be the person having a smoke outside the hospital in a night gown, after they had a stroke the day before. Where’s the fine and jail time for that bit of nonsense. You deserve better. We all deserve better because the sick people will be the end of this country and it doesn’t have to be that way.

We all know that buying natural food is the best but it is also expensive. But with the economic recession we tend to conserve and buy junk food then go to the gym to work off the fat. For example I go a gym at Biscayne Boxing & Fitness Club which has pulsating routines. Should I spend the money on the gym or natural foods?
I would always focus on quality of food first. Working out hard with a blood stream full of processed food can grow disease very quickly. Make sure your food quality is equal to your exercise intensity.
